With more than 40 years of experience in the custom home building business, we have worked with first-time homebuyers those who are building their first home, families of all shapes and sizes, people who have lived in more houses than they can count, and everything in between. As an “on your lot” builder, we go above and beyond in every case and bring the same level of knowledge, expertise, care and devotion to each and every home we build.

When we team with you to build a custom home, we take the stress out of the process by walking with you during each step. We are tirelessly devoted to getting the home right, each and every time.

We have a 500-point proprietary inspection list that is completed on every home. Each point correlates to a single item in your home that will be thoroughly reviewed and compared against our construction standards to make sure every home is completed with our high standards so that nothing falls through the cracks.

We offer a 10-year warranty against major structural defects. The warranty provides coverage for “major structural defects” that occur during the term of the warranty.

First Things First

We work with you to find your dream home by looking through our floorplans (or reviewing a plan you already have), discussing the lot that the home will be built on and understanding your needs for the home. We have floorplans ranging from $115,000 – $400,000. This all starts with a one-on-one consultation with one of our building experts.

During the meeting, after we’ve settled on a floorplan, we’ll discuss the changes you want to make. This is where the “custom” part of the process comes into play. After all, it’s your dream home. Our skilled drafting team will incorporate your dreams into your custom home plans.

Turning Custom into Reality

While you’re at our design center, we’ll aid you in picking every finish for your home; this can all be done at our center, without the need to ride the roads visiting multiple specialty stores. We have a large selection of cabinet designs and finishes, a nice selection of plumbing and lighting fixtures, an impressive flooring display (including wood, tile, laminate, stone and carpeting options), and a robust selection of exterior finishes (cedar shake, fiber cement siding, vinyl, brick and stone).

Site Assessment

Next comes a site visit to assess your actual lot. We’ll talk about the site improvements needed to accommodate the plan we’ve created, steps that will need to be taken and overall considerations for final aesthetic presentation.

Final Agreement

We will then complete the pricing agreement, walking you through all allowances, changes made, and the timeline involved. Once we finalize the agreement to build your home, it’s time to move forward with lending options. Our team has worked with nearly every lender in the marketplace, and we are happy to assist you with securing the right lender for you and your project

You will then have a pre-construction meeting with our team members who will help review all necessary details so that the project meets your expectations and starts on the right foot.
